- Proofread your report before you submit it. Make sure that there are no grammatical or spelling mistakes in your feedbacks.
- Although you need not fill up the report with step by step descriptions, make sure you add lot of details that can be helpful. In writng the report, you do not have to be too emotional, just be factual.
