Libery League International: Scam or Not?

By Joe Marquez

For anyone looking into the Liberty League International business opportunity and have yet to buy into their program, I'd like to provide a little insight on their business, and maybe pose some questions that you may not have not considered yet in your evaluation of the company. Hopefully, I'll be able to help you in your decision as to whether this is an online business that you can see yourself succeeding in.

A good thing to point out about liberty league international is the inexpensive entrance fee. Upon starting your business you must simply purchase a starter kit for $50. After that you must subscribe to some tools that have monthly fees but they aren't much, and at that point you're ready to get your business going. However, when you take this route you must give up your first 5 sales to your upline who found you. Once that is done, you are THEN able to earn commissions on your sales. So what you gain with the cheap start up cost is essentially lost in the way they structure the compensation plan.

That pretty much means that you are forking over $5000 worth of sales to your up line even though you worked to acquire them. However, if you don't like the sound of that then there is a way around it. By purchasing any of Liberty League's products it drops the pass up amount from 5 to 2. There are 3 products to choose from that Liberty League offers, varying from $1500 to $13000, with the least expensive one being a personal growth course called Beyond Freedom. It's a study course intended to promote self improvement and relieve individuals of self limiting beliefs that may be holding them back from the success they desire. If you purchase Beyond Freedom, which is typically encouraged, you are only two pass up sales away from being qualified to earn money for your sales.

So after paying $50 to join, then spending a minimum of $1500, and giving up your first two sales to your sponsor, are you then "qualified" to earn full commissions. The remaining products offered are conferences, and they are extensions of the Beyond Freedom course. They're 3 day events that are typically hosted in exotic locations, and they cost either $8,000 or $13,000, depending on which conference you choose.

That is a quick explanation of the Liberty League compensation plan. I could go more into detail on how to make commissions on event ticket sales, but its really the same concept.

Liberty League International's products all revolve around self improvement programs. If you purchase all of them in order to qualify yourself to earn commissions for every product, you would be spending $22,500. Now, I don't want to put a price on self improvement and personal growth, but I know that it doesn't cost $23,000 to get it.

One other important thing to notice with LLI is that the support system and the back bone of your business is very dependent on the individual who signed you up. You are considered one of their team members, and they are your mentor. So you want to hope for a good mentor, because your success is very reliant on their ability to teach you. The problem with this is that individual results can vary by who the mentor is.

The program has shown to make people lots of money, as is the case with any opportunity you come across on the internet, but the most important factor in your success is the system that is put in place to reveal how others have profited from the business. If anyone can pick up the methods and see results, then it doesn't matter if an individual has no experience or little computer skills, they can put their confidence in the system.

Very few businesses actually offer affiliates a business that puts this type of focus on teaching and training members how to properly market online. You'll see a lot of programs hype up the opportunity, but it is difficult to find one that also promotes the educational side of marketing.

However, the one program I have seen that covers all of the bases is Derrick Harper's Wealth Funnel System. The man behind it all, Derrick Harper, is a seasoned veteran when it comes to the game of internet marketing. With almost 13 years experience under his belt and having worked with big names such as Pfizer, Wyeth, Merk, Johnson & Johnson, MTV Networks, Weber Grills, and many other highly recognized brands, the man is no stranger to successful marketing. His wealth funnel system is a compilation of his experience and knowledge in marketing online. He provides a great opportunity for both newcomers and experienced individuals who want to make money online with a product that sells, and a system that shows you how to sell it.

If Liberty League International appears to be the answer to your search for the right online business for you, I suggest you make sure that you have confidence in your upline and the system that they have in place. Furthermore, if you have no experience with an online business, talk to your potential sponsor and give the business a thorough evaluation to ensure that the tools are there for you learn the ropes so that you can eventually work independently.

I hope this puts things in perspective for you if you've been on the fence with whether or not to pursue the liberty league business. It is undoubtedly a worthwhile opportunity, but be sure it is the best option for you.
